Teen Challenge
Hallmark Property were proud to offer their project management expertise to facilitate a team of local businesses, suppliers, and contractors all of whom provided their time pro-bono, and goods at cost, to develop four gated residential villas. All proceeds from the sales were donated to Teen Challenge
A cheque for $220,000 was presented to Teen Challenge to assist them to further their excellent rehabilitation facilities in Toowoomba.

Vanguard Laundry Service
This $6m startup social enterprise laundry was developed by Social Ventures Australia and Toowoomba Clubhouse in partnership with Hallmark Property.
The operation focuses on employing people with severe mental health issues providing a supportive workplace and a link to mainstream employment.
Hallmark Property were committed to doing something local and different to support employment innovation in the area of mental health, proudly donating the industrial property on which the laundry was constructed. In 2017, Ian Knox was awarded the QCF SME Philanthropist of the Year Award for his generosity and vision in support of this project.
The overwhelming local support and national philanthropic commitment to the project has made it possible to change lives, one wash at a time.
