7 Eleven & McDonalds, Westbrook

Located just off the busy Gore Highway, Stage One of the project comprised a 7 Eleven service station and convenience offer in the heart of the expanding community of Westbrook, just a short 15-minute drive to the city of Toowoomba.
Stage 2 delivered a McDonald’s restaurant including drive thru, a first for this growing community.

BP Kearney’s Spring
This 24-hour BP Service station and convenience centre includes an automatic carwash and car detailing system. The site was originally developed by Hallmark Property in the 1980’s and was re-developed in 2016.

Plainlands Travel Centre
Plainlands Travel Centre can be found on the Warrego Highway at Plainlands, located halfway between Brisbane and Toowoomba.

Designed by Hallmark Property, the site was successfully developed and leased to Caltex, Hungry Jacks, KFC, Subway and Coffee Club.

BP On Tor

This highly successful site is home to BP’s 24-hour fuel and convenience centre on the corner of Tor Street and Hursley Road, Toowoomba.

Designed and developed by Hallmark Property, the site also comprised two additional retail tenancies.

Freedom Fuels, Newtown
Situated on the northern outskirts of the Toowoomba CBD, this 24-hour service station and convenience centre was designed and developed by Hallmark Property.
